Biography:
Michael Minihan has advised small and mid-sized companies for over a decade. He has engaged with these clients on a range of corporate issues including business planning, capital raising, market penetration, mergers and acquisitions, and EU grant applications.
Highlights from this period include:
- Strategy development for a sovereign wealth fund adapting for the clean energy transition
- Project valuation for the largest renewable energy portfolio in Latin America
- Feasibility study for a large Finnish consumer products company considering entering the Russian market
- Post-merger integration research for two large Danish retailers
Michael studied for an undergraduate degree in Business Studies and Russian at Trinity College Dublin, and a postgraduate degree in finance at the University of Porto in Portugal. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian.
