Biography:
Serving as the Finance and Operations Manager, Mimi Frey has served clients in multiple capacities and in diverse industries including Banking, Consumer Products, and Healthcare for nearly 20 years.
She has vast and deep operational experience in client and personnel management, accounting, developing and documenting SOPs, tracking and identifying key KPIs, and managing and working with an international, multi-lingual team.
Mimi also brings to SHI & COMPANY INC. varied entrepreneurial experiences, including having co-founded, grown, and sold a physician recruiting business. She also played a key, C-suite role in the successful growth and sale of a small, Swedish brand.
Mimi has raised three beautiful children and lives in Encinitas, California with her fiancé and their two dogs.
